2. Hosting and server log files

This website runs on a server operated by IONOS SE in Germany. Each time the site is accessed, data is automatically written to log files: IP address, date and time, the page requested, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in operating the site securely and without disruption. Log files are deleted once they are no longer required for these purposes.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, and loads no third-party content. No access to your device requiring consent under § 25 TDDDG takes place.

4. Contacting us

If you email us, we process what you send in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with in full and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Recipients

IONOS SE (hosting; processor under Art. 28 GDPR; servers located in Germany). No transfer to third countries takes place.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).

No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
